  • Google introduced a new format for Google Analytics properties and deprecated support for the older Universal Analytics (UA-XXXXXX) tags on July 1, 2023. CSiDonate supports GA4 properties but not older UA properties. For more information, review this Google Analytics documentation.
• Fixed CSiDonate writing corrupt partial gifts into iMIS when a SQL deadlock or timeout occurred.
• Fixed an issue where staff users could not use the Multiple Tribute Member Search feature unless they were marked as a Member Record in iMIS.

  • All existing records in this table have InvoiceRef back-populated during the upgrade process.
  • The ActivitySeqn column is no longer populated. A value of -1 is written to this field instead.
  • This column will be removed in a future patch. Customers will be given time to migrate their reports to the new column.

• Added the File Manager, which allows you to manage your CSiDonate digital assets — images, stylesheets, and receipts — without editing files on the web server.
  • Your stylesheets and dashboards are migrated as part of the upgrade process. If you notice any issues, contact CSI Support.
• Added a System Overview page showing an overview of the CSiDonate installation.
• Added the ability to enter a missed recurring gift directly from the CSiDonate admin area.
• Added a text and content item that allows you to customize the recurring plan information language on the receipt.
• Added support for an optional billing zip code field, compatible with the optional AVS fraud filter in BluePay.
• Crowdfunding: Added user-selectable banners and merge codes on the multiple tribute message form, allowing donors to customize the email notification that tributes receive.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a styling issue on mobile where the List As / Anonymous option was cut off.
• Fixed an issue where the REST API reported version 2.9 even though the product was version 2.10.
• Fixed an issue where the honoree text field had no character limit. The field is now limited to 100 characters.
• Fixed a performance issue caused by a database column incorrectly set to NVARCHAR.
• Fixed an issue where the countdown widget on the Giving Dashboard did not display empty (0) units.
• Fixed an issue where a multiple tribute message or note could exceed 250 characters.
• Fixed an issue preventing recurring pledge payments from being used with Refund Xpress.
• Fixed an issue where a database field for pledge payments contained a timestamp instead of a date only.
• Fixed an issue where contact and duplicate matching included inactive statuses in iMIS. Any status beginning with D — including D on its own — is now filtered out.

• Fixed a rendering issue where the first gift on a challenge template did not advance the progress bar.
