The following release notes describe the enhancements and bug fixes deployed to Roster Manager, grouped by year and listed by release version.

May 2026 - 1.15

• URL parameter filters now applied correctly - Fixed an issue where Roster Manager pages would display unfiltered results when the underlying IQA query used the modern URL parameter filter configuration. Affected pages showed all records instead of the intended subset, with no error message. Existing configurations using the legacy @url: prompt prefix are unaffected.

• Hiding the Find and Rest buttons on the Roster Manager iPart - A new Roster Manager setting allows users to hide the Find and Rest buttons are hidden on the roster display page regardless of the query filter configuration. This setting is disabled by default and does not affect existing rosters. See Using the Roster Manager iPart.

Important! Currently, company administrators are unable to fully remove a member's company affiliation through Roster Manager because the Company ID field is read-only and cannot be cleared through the application. While other fields on the member record can be updated or cleared directly within Roster Manager or in iMIS, clearing the Company ID requires manual intervention outside of the application. This limitation is under review, and an enhancement to support clearing this field through Roster Manager is being evaluated for a future update.
