• Enhanced the Unsubscribe feature to record an activity on a member's record when they unsubscribe from a text message.
  • Twilio has begun charging for failed messages sent to people who have unsubscribed.
• Fixed an issue where changing the start date or time could inadvertently start a second campaign.

• Enhanced Campaign and IQA Picker validation to prevent the use of un-aliased columns.
• Enhanced Unsubscribe and Resubscribe to process in near real time, and to track how long someone was unsubscribed before resubscribing.
• Fixed an issue when saving interaction settings on draft campaigns.

November 29, 2023

• Added the ability to track unsubscribes in iMIS. Text Manager writes an unsubscribe activity (TEXTUNSUB) when a member replies STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or a similar keyword.
• Increased validation on mobile phone numbers before a text is sent.
• Fixed an issue on the dashboard where statuses were not reported accurately.
• Fixed an issue where campaigns were not archived.
• Fixed an issue where text messages remained stuck in Preparing status.
