Event mapping survey

Event mapping ensures admins do not have to create an event in multiple places: their own platform and Clowder. Instead, a properly defined map enables Clowder to pull event data from external integrations into the app's dashboard. Completing the Event mapping survey improves Clowder's event mapping and management functionality.

Events must be active and have a future start date to be pulled into Clowder.

Clowder pulls in event data via API requests. For iMIS integrations, clients do not need to provide the API. For other software integrations (for example, Eventbrite), clients must contact the software admins to request the appropriate API request required to pull the desired data.

Clients can determine what event information is shared between their target software and the Clowder admin portal. Clowder allows admins to add missing event information that is not available from the target software in the Clowder Admin panel.
