Personal Appointments

IMPORTANT

Personal Appointments can only be created, edited, and managed in the mobile app. Admins can not see booked Personal Appointments in the Admin Panel.

Personal Appointments allow users to create private session notes within an event agenda. A Personal Appointment is visible only to its creator and is used to block personal time during an event. For example, a user can create a Personal Appointment reminder to visit an exhibitor's booth.

Key characteristics of Personal Appointments

Personal Appointments are:

• Visible only to the creator.
• Displayed in the Agenda > My Sessions section of the app.
• Not visible to other users or in the Admin Panel.
• Marked with a distinct personal session icon in the Agenda

Creating a Personal Appointment

To create a Personal Appointment, open the mobile app, then do the following:

1. Open an Event and go to the Agenda.

2. Tap the “+” button in the Agenda header.

3. Select Personal Appointment from the pop-up menu.

4. Fill in the Personal Appointment form:

   • Title (required)
   • Date
   • Start Time
   • End Time
   • Location (optional, free text)
   • Description (optional, free text)
   • Tap Send.

The Personal Appointment is created, and the user is redirected back to the Agenda.

Viewing Personal Appointment

To view a personal appointment in the mobile app, go to Agenda > My Sessions.

Personal appointments are not visible anywhere else in the mobile or web app or the admin panel.

Editing a Personal Appointment

On the mobile app, do the following:

1. Open the event's Agenda.
2. Go to the My Sessions tab.
3. Tap on a Personal Appointment.
4. On the session details screen, tap … > Edit. The creation form opens pre-filled with existing values.
5. Update the desired fields.
6. Tap Save.

Deleting a Personal Appointment

On the mobile app, do the following:

1. Open a Personal Appointment from the Agenda.
2. Tap ... > Delete.
3. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.

The session is removed from Agenda > My Sessions. Any event slots that were blocked by this session become available again.

Deleting a Personal Appointment is permanent and cannot be undone.
