Calculating the Begin Date for a dues billing run

For a dues billing run, iMIS uses these important factors to determine the Begin Date:

• Whether billing is done on an Anniversary or Annual basis
• The current value of the Paid Thru date
• The Join Date for a new customer
• The Effective Date of the billing run
• The Start Date Control options defined on the Set up general options window

All line items billed on a dues bill have the same calculated Begin Date.
