Deleting Expired Client Contact Records

To determine whether a client should be deleted, iMIS compares the date you enter in the Older Than field on the Delete Old Clients Referral Dialog window to the Ref_Client.DATE_CREATED value for each client record.

To delete expired client records

1. From Delete expired items, click Delete Expired Customers.
2. Enter the date before which you want to remove client records. The Older Than date defaults to the current system date. You can override this value.
