Managing role activities
The Role tab is an option available to users licensed for Relationships. The Role tab enables you to see a subset of a contact's relationships, based on relationship type. This is helpful if you have a contact with a large number of relationships, and you want easier access to just a few specific types of relationships for that contact.
NoteAll relationships on the Role tab will also appear on the Relationships tab.
NoteManaging role activities is available only in Desktop.
The Role tab will display only when the following requirements are met:
- You are licensed for Relationships.
- Your administrator has defined the ROLE code in the GROUP_CODE General Lookup/Validation table.
