Sample Scenarios
You can configure Issues for your organization’s needs, whatever these may be. The sample scenarios provide some examples of how the Issues module might be used in one membership organization.
This organization needs to manage customer issues related to to the following products and services:
- Membership
- Publications (books, magazines, and information reference cards)
- Software
- Videos (DVD and VHS)
- Tours
Configuring Issues for this organization includes configuring several of the prompts that display on the Issue and Resolution windows, and creating the necessary general lookup/validation tables.
