To define an EXPOCAD exposition (event) in iMIS

1. In iMIS, select Expo > Define/Plan Exposition to open the Available Expositions window.
2. Click Insert in the palette to open the Exposition Definition window.

Note

Expositions can also be created with the clone function. EXPOCAD expositions that are cloned will include EXPOCAD Product Mapping.

3. Enter information in the following fields:
   • Exposition code
   • Title
   • Begin Date
   • End Date
   • Status
   • Early Cutoff (optional)
   • Reg Cutoff (optional)
4. Enable the EXPOCAD option for the Exposition Category.
5. Click OK.

Note

Defining an EXPOCAD exposition in iMIS will not automatically create an event in EXPOCAD.
