Deleting Expired Provider Records

To determine whether a provider should be deleted, iMIS compares the date you enter in the Older Than field on the Delete Old Providers Referral Dialog window to the Ref_Provider.LAST_REFERRED value for each provider record.

To delete expired provider records

1. From Delete expired items, click Delete Expired Providers.
2. Enter the date before which you want to remove providers. The Older Than date defaults to the current system date. You can override this value.
3. Click OK.
