Defining the BACKISSUE Activity Type

Before you can enter a back issue request for a publication, you must create the BACKISSUE activity type on the Set up activity types window.

To define the BACKISSUE activity type

1. From Customers, select Set up module > Activity types to display the Set up activity types window.
2. Click New.
3. Enter BACKISSUE in the Type field.
4. Enter a Description for the activity.
5. Enter a prompt for Subtype.
6. Enter a prompt for Description.
7. Enter a prompt for Note.
8. Enter a prompt for Source.
9. Enter a prompt for Task Date.
10. Enter a prompt for Other Code.
11. Click Save to display the Set up activity types window.
