Defining Activity Fields

You can map additional user-specified fields to certification activity records, and specify up to seven additional certification-related data fields (three character fields, two numeric fields, and two date fields) to add to the certification-generated activity fields:

• Program activity records are generated when an individual initially registers for a certification program, or when the individual is enrolled in subsequent maintenance periods for that program.
• Component activity records are created at the time the component registration records are purged if this option is specified during system setup. See Miscellaneous Options.
