Tracking earned credits and learning goals
The My Credit Tracker widget gives learners a centralized way to track earned credits without relying on certifications. The widget provides a clear, at-a-glance view of credits earned by type within a configurable timeframe, helping users stay informed and motivated throughout the year.
To support ongoing learning objectives, users can also set personal credit goals directly within the widget. Goals can be defined by credit type and timeframe (for example, earning a specific number of CPD credits within a calendar year). Progress toward each goal is visually tracked, making it easy for users to see how close they are to achieving their targets.
Learning Contracts for Bulk Learning Access
Learning Contracts enable time-bound, seat-based access to learning in TopClass. Administrators can create and manage contracts with configurable details such as validity dates, seat limits, linked activities, and invitation codes.
Contract Admins can invite users and track usage through the Learning Contracts Dashboard. Two types are supported: Voucher (one seat per activity invitation) and Subscription (one seat per user for multiple activities). Students access invitations through a Learning Center widget or by entering an invitation code. This feature provides a scalable way to distribute and manage learning access across organizations.
Displaying TopClass Catalog Categories as Learning Streams
Catalog Categories are now available to display as a Learning Stream on the TopClass Landing page.
Partitioned scheduled Reports
Changes have been made to scheduled reports to identify the report owner and limit the context of the data returned. For example, if a general admin schedules a report (owner), the report will contain general partition and partition data but if a partition admin schedules a report, the report will be limited to partition data only.
Redirecting the TopClass Catalog to an external catalog site
Super Administrators can use a new system setting to redirect users from the TopClass catalog to their own external catalog and to specific URLs based on Activity type.
Salesforce Bridge integration no longer requires a username and password
To adhere to Salesforce’s guidance and security requirements, the TopClass-Salesforce no longer requires a username and password to access the endpoint.

The new My Credits Report allows students to see their completed credits, filter on credit type, and filter on date range of completed credits.
quiz AI Generation
A new AI feature allows instructors to easily generate a quiz, either based on a course's content or by inputting content to parse. Instructors can define the types of questions (True/False, Pick one, and Multiple correct), the quiz's difficulty level (Easy, Medium, and Difficult), and the number of questions. After generating the quiz, instructors can tweak the questions and their point value. Instructors can also upload videos that the AI transcribes and parses to turn into a quiz.
Headers and Footers for PDF receipts
Administrators can add headers and footers to PDF receipts by accessing the new Purchase Receipt PDF tab in the Branding section. A student sees the PDF receipt when they click the Download Purchase Receipt button upon purchasing an item.
Extending certification program grace period
Students can claim and record credits and pay fees while in a grace period for a certification program. Administrators can also modify certification programs to allow students to take any item in the certification program while in a grace period, including mandatory elective final sections.
enforcing special characters on passwords
Two new options have been added to password requirements: Letters and numbers and Letters, numbers, and special characters. Password requirements are now properly enforced regardless of what password requirement policy is selected.
Extended out-of-the-box Users report
New columns on the Users report, Is Student, Is Admin, Is Super Admin, Is Manager, and Is Instructor, allow administrators to easily find users by their role(s).
iMIS ILT Session writeback
When the new ILT Instance WriteBacks Enabled and ILT Instants Update WriteBacks Enabled settings are enabled, if administrators create or update an ILT session in TopClass, then ILT session data is written back to iMIS.

Publishing button always visible
The Publish button on the General Details tab for activities will always be visible, regardless of whether the Catalog is enabled.
Location Address Lines for ILTs
The user interface has been enhanced for ILTs to add the full location and address details, reducing confusion about the ILT's physical address. New Address 1, Address 2, City, and Zip Code fields for locations provide additional physical location information.
