System Settings: SCORM

To update the SCORM settings, do the following:

1. Go to System Administration > System Settings.
2. Click the SCORM tab.
3. Define the following settings:
   • JavaScript debug level - Allows for configuration of debug with the JavaScript API.
   • JavaScript show form - Set to Yes to display a debug form that contains SCORM API information,such as whether the TopClass JavaScript API is running.
   • Launch trace - Enter the required detail of information to be recorded in the TopClass log file for SCORM launching.
   • Only process score when completed - Set to Yes to process the score for courses only if the course is finished, and not with each communication.
   • Process Scorm Interactions - Set to Yes to process scorm interactions we receive.
   • Restart - Set to Yes to allow learners to choose whether to resume a test from their previous progress or restart it from the beginning.

     Warning

     Do not enable this setting without prior consultation with your TopClass representative. This functionality is designed for a specific customer configuration that uses Ab Initio integration and SCORM content with retake support. Enabling this setting changes the standard SCORM completion behaviour. It also exposes the 'Attempts' field for SCORM tests. Use only where explicitly required and validated for the customer setup.

   • SCORM Connector URL - Enter Conext Path for SCORM Connector Run Time service.
   • Show TopClass Nav Menu for embedded scorm - Set to Yes to display or the TopClass navigation menu for embedded scorm content.
   • Trouble shoot - Set to Yes to display trouble shooting hints.
4. Click Save.
