Reports: Auditing

Use the Auditing reports to view audit records for users, students, and completions.

To find the Auditing reports, do the following:

  1. Go to Reports > Launch Reports.
  2. Click the Auditing drop-down.
  3. Select from the following reports.

Completion Record Audit

Provides an administrator-level audit trail of all modifications made to a learner’s completion record. This report displays details such as the user who made the change, the date and time of the modification, and the specific data fields that were updated.

Filter on the Username, Audit Date/Time range, and Activity.

Student Audit

Displays a detailed audit trail of changes made to a student record in TopClass.
Administrators can view when and by whom student details were modified, including updates to profile information, enrollments, or status changes.

Filter on the Username, Audit Date/Time range, and Activity.

User Audit

Provides a comprehensive log of all administrative actions and updates applied to a user account in TopClass.
The report records when changes occurred, who made them, and what information was modified—such as user roles, permissions, or account details.

Filter on the Username and Audit Date/Time range.
