Batch notifications
This article lists all batch notifications available out of the box with TopClass. Each section explains what triggers the notification and describes the variables and logic blocks used within it.
Trigger – Reminder of Activity Enrolment Approval (ILT)
This scheduled notification is sent to approvers who have outstanding ILT enrollment requests. If the Flag is set to Absolute, the notification is sent on a specific date. If set to Relative, it is sent X days after the enrollment request was submitted (for online activities) or X days before the ILT session starts. X is determined by the Relative Days setting.
Variables:
- Approval Page Link – Link to the approver’s Outstanding Approvals page
- Days Approval Is Outstanding
- Enrollee Real Name – Full name of the learner
- Session End – End date and time of the session
- Session Start – Start date and time of the session
- Session Name
- Instructors – List of assigned instructors
- Location – In-person session location
- Object Title – Activity title (longname)
- Recurring ILT Session – Indicates the session has multiple child sessions
- Code – Activity identifier (shortname)
- Home Page Link – Link to the learner’s Learning Center
- Recipient Login Name – Approver’s username
- Recipient Real Name – Approver’s full name

Trigger – Reminder of Activity Enrolment Approval (Online)
This scheduled notification is sent to approvers who have outstanding online enrollment requests. Absolute triggers fire on a specific date; Relative triggers fire X days after the enrollment request was submitted.

- Valid Period End Date – End of the learner’s content access

This scheduled notification is sent to learners whose Certification Program has expired. Absolute triggers fire on a fixed date; Relative triggers fire X days after expiry.
