Customizing Notification branding settings

From the Notifications branding settings, you can strengthen your organization’s branding by customizing the header and footer logos displayed throughout the site. These settings allow you to upload logo images, control their width for optimal display, and define background colors using hex codes to ensure they blend seamlessly with your overall design.

By configuring both header and footer logos, you create a consistent, professional appearance that reinforces your brand identity across every page.

To customize the global branding of notifications, do the following:

  1. Go to Customizations > Branding.
  2. Click the Notifications tab. Update the following settings to modify the appearance of notifications:
    • Header Logo - Upload an image file to set as the header logo. Use a transparent PNG image. The file size must be less than 0.256 MB.
    • Header Logo Width – Set the width of the header logo between 40 - 600px.
    • Header Logo Background Color – Set the background color of the header logo using a hex color code.
    • Footer Logo – Upload an image file to set as your footer logo. Use a transparent PNG image. The file size must be less than 0.256 MB.
    • Footer Logo Width – Set the width of the footer logo between 40 - 400px.
    • Footer Logo Background Color – Set the background color of the footer logo using a hex color code.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click the Notification icon to preview the modifications.
  5. To reset a single customization, click Reset. To restore all branding settings to the system defaults, click Reset All at the top of the page.
