Reports: Administrator Listings
To find the Administrator Listings reports, do the following:
- Go to Reports > Launch Reports.
- Click the Administrator Listings drop-down.
- Select from the following reports.
NoteMany of the Administrator Listings reports may impact performance, depending on the volume of data to process. To ensure performance is not negatively impacted, export the data instead.
Active Users
Lists all users who have enrolled in or completed activities within TopClass. An Active Date is required to run this report.
Certification Path
Lists all Certification Paths for every Certification Program created in TopClass.
NoteAvailable only if Certification Programs have been enabled for your site.
Certification Programs
Lists all Certification Programs created in TopClass.
NoteAvailable only if Certification Programs have been enabled for your site.
Conferences
Lists all Conference Activities created in TopClass, along with general details about each activity.
NoteAvailable only if Conferences have been enabled for your site.
External Activities
Lists all Products created in TopClass, including general details about each product.
Groups
Lists all Groups created in TopClass, including general details about each group.
ILT Activities
Lists all Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Activities created in TopClass, along with general details about each activity.
This report does not include ILT sessions or conference activities; those are available in separate reports.
ILT Instructor User
Lists all ILT Instructor users created in TopClass, including general details about each instructor.
Location Equipment
Lists all Location Equipment created in TopClass, including general details about each item.
Location
Lists all Locations created in TopClass, including general details about each location.
Location Rooms
Lists all Location Rooms created in TopClass, including general details about each room.
Managers
Lists all Manager users created in TopClass, including general details about each manager.
Managers: List of Groups Managed
Lists managers and the groups they manage. To run this report, select a single Manager Username or select multiple managers.
Managers: List of Users Managed
Lists managers and the users they manage. To run this report, select a Manager Username.
Offerings
Lists all activities currently offered in the TopClass catalog, including general details about each activity.
Online Activities
Lists all Online Activities created in TopClass, including general details about each activity.
Sessions
Lists all ILT Activity and Conference Sessions created in TopClass, including general details about each session.
Users
Lists all users created in TopClass, including general details about each user.
