Using the TopClass - iMIS Bridge
The TopClass–iMIS Bridge provides a seamless two-way integration between your iMIS and TopClass:
- Real-time profile sync: Individual and group account records created or updated in iMIS are synchronized to TopClass when users access TopClass, ensuring learner profiles stay up to date without manual intervention.
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Members log in through your website and are automatically authenticated into TopClass, providing a smooth transition between systems.
- Product and enrollment management: Training product orders entered in iMIS automatically enroll members in the corresponding TopClass training activities, allowing learners — including new members — to begin courses immediately without waiting for a scheduled sync.
- Completion writeback: TopClass can write course completions and awarded credits back to iMIS, automatically updating the member’s transcript with training history and achievements.
