Disabling user access to TopClass in bulk

Note

You must be a Super Admin to disable user access in bulk.

Do the following to disable user access in bulk:

  1. Go to Resource Management > Users.
  2. Click Batch Register.
  3. Click Register, Update or Enroll Users.
  1. Enter a Title for the task, e.g., Disable LMS Users.
  2. Click Next Step.
  1. Select the following columns for your file:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Account has been disabled, please contact your administrator
    • Username
  2. Upload a CSV file with the exact columns filled in, in the correct order, as selected above.

Tip

Select Download Sample to get started with a sample file. Rework the file to have only the columns you need.

  1. Click Next Step.
  2. Click Register .

Users will no longer be able to login to TopClass. A super administrator can reactivate their accounts at a later stage, if required.
