Using out-of-the-box queries: Contacts
The following are out-of-the-box queries related to contact data, organized by category. Use these predefined queries to easily retrieve information about contacts, including organizations.

| By all criteria (multi select fields) | Allows you to search for a contact based on predefined filters, many of which are multi select fields, such as status, member type, chapter, category, and state/province. Multi select fields allow you to define more than one option for the specific filter. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page. | ||
| By committee (active mbrs) | Allows you to search for contacts based on their committee. Returns all active members who belong in selected committee. | ||
| By ID | Allows you to search for contacts using their iMIS ID or major key. Returns the single contact matching the defined filter value with a link to their account page. | ||
| By location | Allows you to search for a contact based on their location, including their city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country. Returns all contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page. | ||
| By name | Allows you to search for a contact based on their first and/or last name. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page. | ||
| By task date | Allows you to search for a contact based on the activity task reminder date. Returns all contacts that have an activity task reminder set in between the defined dates with a link to their account page. | ||

| All engaged contacts | Enables you to search for all engaged contacts, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name or ID. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, ID, percentile, score, and most recently engaged month. | ||
| Progress Tracker - Engaged past 6 months | Returns total count of contacts who have engaged in the past six months and is displayed in the Progress Tracker content item. | ||
| Recently engaged in the past 6 months | Enables you to search for the contacts who have recently engaged in the last six months, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name, ID, or engagement date range. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, ID, percentile, score, and most recently engaged month. | ||
| Progress Tracker - Newly engaged this month | Returns total count of engaged contacts this month and is displayed in the Progress Tracker content item. | ||
| Newly engaged this month | Enables you to search for newly engaged contacts from the current month, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name or ID. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, their ID, engagement percentile, score, and the most recent month of engagement. | ||
| Progress Tracker - Average score | Returns the average engagement score in the Progress Tracker content item. | ||
| Engagement by member type | Returns each member type with a count of the associated engaged contacts with their average score sum. | ||
| Not recently engaged | Returns contacts with a high engagement score who have not been engaged for at least 6 months. | ||
| By score component | Returns each score component and the total score earned for each component. | ||
