Updating the account page shortcuts
Access requiredTo create and update RiSE content, you must be a system administrator or a staff user that belongs to at least one content authority group.
For all account pages, you can customize the shortcuts so that they point to your own content instead of the default. This is how you update the tabs shown on the account pages for both individuals and organizations.
Step 1: Find and copy the right shortcut
Each account page has its own shortcut. Locate the shortcut at the System location for the page you want to customize, then paste it into the matching Paste location below.
| Account page | Shortcut system location | Paste location |
|---|---|---|
| FullAccount | @/iCore/Contacts/ContactLayouts/Staff/Tabs | @/Shared_Content/Staff/Tabs |
| MyAccount | @/iCore/Contacts/ContactLayouts/AccountPage | @/Shared_Content/Staff |
| OrganizationFullAccount | @/iCore/Contacts/OrganizationLayouts/Staff/Tabs | @/Shared_Content/Staff/OrgTabs |
| OrganizationAccount | @/iCore/Contacts/OrganizationLayouts/CoAdmin/CoAdmin_Tabs | @/Shared_Content/Staff/CoAdmin_Tabs |
Step 2: Understand how tabs are labeled
Each tab's label comes from the Title field of its content record.
Step 3: Understand how tabs are ordered
Tabs display in order based on each content record's Publish file name, sorted alphanumerically — and file names that start with a number are placed before file names that start with a letter.
For example, if one content record's published file name is 1Record and another is 2Creator, 1Record displays first. If you want to control the order tabs appear in, add a number to the start of each file name to set the sequence you want.
