Standard versus Premium: Process Automation

There are two different versions of Process Automation available:

• Standard - Available out-of-the-box and requires no additional licensing.
• Premium - Requires additional licensing. For more information, contact your AiSP or ASI Technical Support.

Standard

Standard allows you to perform the following:

Alerts

• Enable or disable alert tasks.
• View existing alert tasks and their names, descriptions, and types (read only).
• Add, edit, and delete data sources and conditions used by alert tasks.
• Add and delete data sources on the Alert tab.
• View alert messages (read only).
• Delete alerts within an alert set.

Scheduled tasks

• Enable or disable scheduled tasks.
• Add, edit, and delete triggers, data sources, and conditions used by scheduled tasks.
• Edit actions, including the Recipient data source for a Send a communication action and the Run a report action.
• Search logs by status and start date.

Premium

In addition to the standard functionality, Premium allows you to perform the following:

Alerts

• Add and copy new alert tasks.
• Edit the name, description, and type of existing alert tasks.
• Edit alert messages.
• Add, delete, and create new alert sets.

Scheduled tasks

• Add and copy new scheduled tasks.
• Edit the name, description, and type of existing scheduled tasks.
• Add, edit, and delete actions, including editing the action type.
• Edit the Run a stored procedure action.
