Recovering deleted communication templates

You may need to recover or get back a communication template that has been deleted.

Do the following to recover a deleted communication template:

1. Go to Marketing > Communication templates.

2. Click the Recycle Bin.

3. Search for the template, then click it.

   

4. Click Versions.

5. Click the row in the table.

   

6. Click Revert.
7. Click OK.
8. Close the window and confirm the template is recovered.
