Migrating from iSchedule to iWorkflow

Staff users can migrate an existing iSchedule task to a workflow.

To migrate an iSchedule task to a workflow, do the following:

1. Go to iDMS > iSchedule.
2. Select the task(s) to be migrated.
3. Click Add to iWorkflow.

4. (Workflow Wizard) Configure Basic Info:

   1. Click Start.
   2. Do one of the following:
      • If creating a new workflow, enter the workflow name in the Give your scheduled workflow a name field.
      • If adding to an existing workflow, select the existing workflow from the Choose an existing scheduled workflow drop-down.

   

   3. Click Next.

5. Configure Schedule:

   1. Select Build Schedule.
   2. In Select Schedule, use the Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly tabs to build the cron expression.
      

6. Click Apply.
   4. Click Next.

7. Review the workflow details.

7. Click Finish.
