Owned Item List

The Owned Item List content item displays objects owned by the current object, with the ability to optionally restrict based on the type of object.

Owned Item List configuration options

This content item uses the Common content item configuration options, in addition to the following:

• URL Key Name - Enter the name of a URL parameter that will be used to pass the object key to this content item. For example, if you configure this content item to list the items owned by a particular Uniform item, you would enter iUniformKey.
• Component name filter (optional) - Enter an item type (Group, Event or Product) to restrict the display to that type. Users are allowed to add only those types specified in this filter. For example, if you specify that only events display on the page, users cannot add a group or product through this content item.
• Number of owned items to display - Enter a number (0 to 100) for the number of items to display initially. Entering a zero (0) displays all items. The user can click the more link to view all items.
• Content Item for Add - Browse to select the content item displayed to users for adding items to the owned list. If blank, the add link does not appear.

Notes

• Example: If you restrict the Component name filter to Group, and select Add group in the Content Item for Add field, users will be able to add a group to this owned item list.
